Step by step Instructions

Place the cooking liquid, cracked wheat, and salt in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until tender.

Remove from the heat and fluff with a fork, like you would rice. Serve hot.
