In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat 4 oz full fat cream cheese until smooth.Add 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, beat until smooth and combined.
Slowly add 2-4 tablespoons milk while mixing until it reaches your desired consistency, scrape down the sides of the bowl a couple times. Use immediately or place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Notes
You can use honey or maple syrup in place of the powdered sugar. Use 2 tablespoons (42 g).
